Need to remove a modem on my account

Hi - I have 2 modems showing on my account.  I used to own my modem, but I have since switched to an XB8.  The XB8 is showing on my account, but I also see my old modem.  I think having the old modem on my account is causing issues in the Xfinity app.  I don't see the image of the XB8 anymore, and I lost the ability to "Test your whole home network".

I need to remove the NETGEAR CM2050V
