Need to talk to someone
How do I speak to a human being at Comcast Customer service. Wasted my afternoon (that I won't get back) trying to. Would take too long to list all of the details I experienced on how Comcast avoids helping its customers. What a trainwreck! Have been without internet and cable for day+. Do I have to drive to a store? Do I stop someone on the street? Do I switch to ATT? Comcast customer service makes Sonus look first world. Please advise
