Netgear CM3000 and RAX41 upload speed artificially capped at 35

Recently there was an upgrade to service in my area and was expecting to get some sort of upgrade to my upload at least, and while the advertised offers for internet plans have a min of 110+ up for even the lowest tier, I seem to be grandfathered in at 1000/35 artificially hindering my upload speeds. Brief chat with the text support client and they are more than happy to upgrade my upload by signing up to a lower plan that costs more a month than I currently pay.

@user_ca8bin

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with your upload speeds.

Generally, unless you went with our symmetrical speed plans, you don't need to change your speed plan to get  new upload speeds.

To clarify, were you able to reach out to one of our agents to get your upload speed taken care of or do you still need assistance?

All taken care of in the end. All I had to do was try to cancel my service and would you look at that, turns out we can just migrate your 1 gig plan to the new 1 gig plan with better upload. 🤗

We're glad to hear you've been taken care of @user_ca8bin! Aside from there were there any other concerns?
