Network improvement outage

I'm in Panama City FL and we've had a network service outage over a week at this point, and twice the Xfinity assistant told me my service was back when it wasn't. I'd just like to know how long this can typically take.

I'm experiencing the same thing here in Aptos, California. For the past two days I've had no internet most of the day, and I work from home. I've been forced to go work in a mall to get free wi-fi. I got another message today indicating that my internet would be off again tomorrow. How much longer is this going to take?  and, do I get any kind of a refund for the loss of service?

You will experience service interruptions while network construction occurs in your neighborhood and area. Our teams will work as efficiently as possible to limit the duration of these outages. We recommend using the Xfinity App as that will have all the information for the local service interruption as well as the approximate time of restoration. If there is anything more we could assist you with, please let us know.
