New bill

My bill is double the usual amount… why ?

Thanks for reaching out to us , as a customer myself I'm always concerned when my bill changes,  therefore I love to use the Xfinity self-service link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill where I can go view my last 12 months of detailed billing statements and compare them to one another to see what has changed.

 

 I also love to use the self service option of https://www.xfinity.com/lp/ppc/upgrade-xfinity-internet-service to look for new promotions,  make changes or upgrades to my services.

 

Give both those links to try to see if you can see what changes happened on your billing and if it's due to a discounted promotion expiring go to that second link and see what new options you have to get you the best price for the services you'd love and need
