New Build No Tap

I recently moved into a new construction home. Twice a technician has come by and said there is no internet tap outside my residence. They created a serviceability ticket and I would hear back from them within two business days. It is now the third business day and I have not heard back from them. Who can I reach out to that can tell me when the lines/tap will be installed in my neighborhood?
