New build serviceability

Hello. I moved into a new build home and am having a lot of difficultly trying to get service at my new address. My neighbors all have Xfinity including [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My address is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. It is a single family home (with an ADU separate on my property for my in laws) I have a ticket number that was recently closed because it says my address is not serviceable but I had them reopen the ticket because that simply does not make any sense. My home should easily be serviceable since all my neighbors close by have Xfinity. My ticket # is [Edited: "Personal Information"]. My home is located directly between [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I have a street sign at the end of my driveway saying [Edited: "Personal Information"]. I would really appreciate if someone that specializes in new builds could look into this. I really need WiFi service at my address and have been calling daily to find a solution. I don’t want to look at other WiFi providers but might have no choice soon if Xfinity doesn’t give me a solution.
