Hello, @Sbrownborden the RDK-03004 error usually means poor signal is going into your TV box. Have you already followed the prompts that pop up on screen with that error?
Ensure cable connections are tightly secured.
Unplug set-top box from electrical outlet.
Wait 10 seconds then plug back in to restart.
