new cable line too low barely 10' over drive

Hello.  We had a lineman out today to fix a damaged line.  He called for help to run the new one but no one was available so he diligently did it himself.  Unfortunately, it is not even 10' above the drive plus it is hung up in some branches that will be cut down.  When they are removed, the cable will drop even lower.  The cable is also lower at the street side.    Delivery and worker trucks with ladders cannot drive up the drive.

I understand the minimum safety height over a driveway is 13'6".  Can Xfinity rectify this in a timely manner to ensure out safety?

Thank you!

Hey @user_4u94w7. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We would be more than happy to schedule an additional In-Home Service Visit to evaluate the cable drop line.

Please send a direct message by clicking the chat icon in the upper right corner of the page, clicking on the pen and paper icon, and then entering “Xfinity Support” in the “To” section. Please include your full first/last name and complete service address (Including the city, state, and zip code), and I'll be happy to help.
