New Construction in Delray Beach, Florida
Hi. I just finished building a new construction, single-family home in Delray Beach, Florida. I called customer service several times to schedule an appointment to bring service to my property. Someone visited the property on 3 separate dates/times, and I was told that each appointment was scheduled too early for the connection to be installed and lines run to my house. My builder tried to help me and also called customer service several times with no success. Finally, we reached Nancy, a Customer Experience Professional with CXSO Technical Solutions Experience. She was trying to assist us since March. A plant extension was supposed to be installed by April 17, but nothing ever happened and Nancy doesn't seem like she can help us anymore. See email chain below. We've been trying to get comcast to our home for over 6 months. What do we need to do? Please help.
