New Construction - Need to add a tab on a new pole and add cable / strand from an existing pole to the new pole
Hello,
Can you help us start a new internet service for a new construction? The house is at the end of the street and the residential technician told us that Xfinity needs to have the line construction team to add a tab to a new pole that's right in front of our house. There is an existing pole that's about 100 ft away from the new pole.
Can you please help us escalate this and start a ticket number? We have been calling Xfinity customer service line multiple times over the last month but representatives either don't have experience with this or said they'd follow up but still no answer...

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
