New construction — no facilities at address, install failed 9/11

I'm the first tenant in a newly constructed building in [Edit: Removed city/zip]. A tech came out on 9/11 but couldn't install — there's no Xfinity box or cable line in the building yet, so there was nothing to connect to.
I have a follow-up appointment on 9/18, but I'm worried it'll be wasted if the building still isn't wired. My property management company hasn't responded to repeated emails or calls.
Can someone check whether there's an open serviceability or construction ticket for my address, and whether I should keep or reschedule 9/18? I start a new job on 9/21 and need to know by Thursday so I can make other arrangements if needed.
Happy to send my full name and service address by direct message. Thanks.

Thank you, you are on the right track! That would be the next step, to check on the serviceability and additional work the tech may have requested or is needed prior to your installation. Let's take a look, please send us a direct message with your full name and the address where this is located.

To send a direct message:

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.
2.  Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
3.  Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
4.  In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
5.  As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
6.  An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
7.  Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
8.  Press Enter to send it.

The concern is not "accessibility / disability" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section.
