New Construction Serviceability Request

I need a Serviceability Survey and have a New Construction Request. I'm moving into a new home and need internet/phone cables run to the new house. How do I get this done?

Hello I have the same issue.

I am the first to move on my street but my neighbors on the street before my (in the same neighborhood already have Xfinity)

I placed a serviceability request that was closed out. I called and the person helped me place another. I desperately need someone to come run a drop to my new home could you help me check on an existing request?

I also do not see the direct message options

@T_Petty16 Good morning, and thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your serviceability concerns. I'd be happy to take a look your request, and provide any updates we have received from our local team. To get started, can you please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and ticket number associated with your request?

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
