New Construction — Stuck in Loop Waiting for Pedestal / External Construction Ticket
Hello,
I am moving into a brand-new construction home and am stuck in a frustrating loop trying to get my internet activated.
I have already had two separate installation appointments scheduled. Both times, the home technicians were unable to complete the work because there is no green pedestal or mainline drop at my property yet. The last technician left without giving me any updates or a ticket number, and my account status remains in limbo.
It is clear that my property requires an External Construction / Maintenance (ECM) referral for a plant extension or a pedestal drop. However, standard phone customer support agents are unable to see the construction status and keep trying to book standard home installation visits.
Can a member of the corporate digital care team please open a formal Serviceability Ticket for my address, find the active construction routing number, and give me a realistic timeline for when the yard work will be completed?
Thank you.
