New Construction

I have contacted customer service twice now trying to get scheduled for a new line installation. The house is new construction and "not serviceable" and lacks a drop line at this point.  Both times I was told that I would be contacted by email to schedule a site visit and meet the tech.  Neither time was I contacted.  The address had service previously (2023), so I know it’s ready to go if I can just get started.

I’m scheduled to move into the new house in a few weeks and will need service for my job on day one.  As others have said on this forum, not a great look for new customers.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello @user_egz02i, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum, and we would be happy to help. I will need to pull up your account to investigate this further. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you. Click "Sign In" (If necessary). Click the "Direct Messaging" Icon. Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon. In the “To:” line, type "Xfinity Support". As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window. Press Enter to send it. How to: Direct Message Within The Forum.
