New drop line
I have requested to have a new service for my home and technician come out on 9/12/26 and mentioned this service requires 2 people to connect the line to the pole in my neighbor's backyard to my home because the previous owners had the cable line cut. He told me to reschedule and make sure we have access to my neighbors backyard. I rescheduled for today 9/16/26 and called Xfinity support to add notes that this service requires a new cable line. A different technician came today and said there were no notes that the service requires 2 people and needs a new cable line from the public pole to my home. He asked me to reschedule for Sunday 9/20/26 early morning for his supervisor to come. I am afraid the next appointment will go through the same steps and I will need to reschedule again. This is very frustrating to not have internet and I spoke with multiple people but there is miscommunication issues from Xfinity's end.
