New internet speed actually slower
Recently, I chose to sign up for faster internet speeds. But since then, it actually seems slower, especially with multiple devices connected. Im not thrilled about this, as im paying more for less. Is there another modem/router that I need, or what? Please help.

To begin, could you please tell us what make/model modem you are using for the Xfinity Internet along with your current Xfinity Internet plan?
