New service address

Hello, we are building a home in an area with two other homes. We are told Xfinity is available at the street. The other utilities are boring under the road to provide service. How do we notify xfinity to see if they will bring their service to the new homes? Thanks!

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
