new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy emails -- real or spam?

I received this and want to know if it is really from Xfinity (does not appear to be) and if NOT why is this type of message going directly into junk/spam --

We emailed you last month to let you know about changes we are making to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These changes are key steps towards creating what's next for our consumers, like you, while empowering them with transparency and controls over how and when their data is used.

in order to continue to access your Mailbox after August 13th, 2025, you will need to confirm you accept the Terms of Service.

Thank you so much for using our Forums and for taking the time out of your day to contact us and bring these emails to our attention.

We are so glad to hear from you and want to help in any way that we can. You did reach out to the right place to get things squared away.  Your safety is our top priority.  In today's digital world, scams are unfortunately common, and we want to ensure you're protected.  Scammers often use deceptive tactics to trick people into giving away personal information or money.  By staying vigilant and informed, you can significantly reduce your risk of becoming a victim.  We encourage you to be cautious of unsolicited communications, verify the legitimacy of requests, and never share sensitive data unless you're absolutely certain it's safe.  You are more than welcome to reach out to our Customer Security Assurance Team.  They can be reached online at https://spa.xfinity.com.  There you can submit a report and have this investigated.
