No cable service

Last night at about 10:30 pm television read No Signal and hasn’t come back on since 

Tried unplugging and still not working

user_3zfbec Good morning, and thank you for the post! Can you double-check for service issues in the Xfinity app real quick? Just open the app, tap the Wi-Fi or Services tab at the bottom, and select Troubleshoot to run a network check. If you are impacted by a local issues, a notification banner or details will appear automatically.

Last night at about 10:30 pm television read No Signal ...

"No Signal" is generated by the TV set, not the cable box. Either the TV's input is not set to the Input the cable box is connected to, or the box is not operating due to no power or because it has failed. If the box was still operating and connected to the correct input on the TV it would display something, even if it was no longer receiving a signal from Comcast/Xfinity. It would not report "No Signal". Check the TV input settings and the box power.
