No call no show.
I had an appointment window of 4-6 pm today and I left work to accommodate. Rushed my dogs out on their afternoon routine just to be present. Not only did the tech not show up in the window but j never received a courtesy call explaining. When I called to inquire I was told the tech would arrive at 7:25. That he was running late. Needless to say the tech never showed up again. Nor did I get a courtesy call from the office. Just disgusting unprofessional service.
