I did a self installation and found out the apartment has no coax outlet and scheduled a appointment for a technician but now have to pay the 100 dollar installation fee

I appreciate you choosing Xfinity, and I can understand how finding out there isn't a coax outlet available after selecting self-install would be frustrating.
