No coax ports in house

I just switched to Xfinity and was happy to start setting it up until I realized there are no coax ports in my house. All I could find are Ethernet ports. I didn't know that it would need a coax port until it had arrived. I need help!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_07n4mj I have been in your shoes before and found out it was actually a possible bennefit. Do you possibly have a central location that a modem and router would connect and all the ethernet cords connect to? Sometimes in a network cabinet or closet?
