no gift card yet after 6 months

Hello,

I signed up for internet for a plant that offered gift card but never received it yet. i tried contact us to leave messages but never got back. 

I signed up in march.

Good morning @user_4yqh0i, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope you are having a great day. I am sorry that you have not yet received your gift card that was part of the package when you signed up. There is a website that can be used to track promotional offers like gift cards that you can find here. Have you had a chance to check that website yet?

no i did not receive any emails, and it does not show anything on that site

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
