No help probably going to cancel.

I've been without internet for 6 days due to lightning strike. And all I keep getting is let's restart your modem.fed up at this point. Probably just going to cancel

You came to the right place, and we'll work to get you up and running as quickly as possible. It sounds as though something was damaged by that lightning strike, but to get a better idea of the situation, is the modem powering on?
