No installation for 5 months now.

I signed up for a gigabyte of internet after it got installed on my road in September. After signing up around the 17th of September it is now January 27th and they still haven't installed services. I've called them 41 times now and spent 60+ hours on the phone. On my 40th phone call they actually tried to sell me there mobile phone service!! If you can believe that. All I want and wish for is someone to just run a line to my house.

Can you please send me a direct message with your full name and complete service address to look into things on our end? After all, if you have been waiting since September of last year, then it has been much too long already. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
