No internet in Dunnellon Florida
My home internet has been down for three days, I am out of the country and my security depends upon my internet service. I have guests there who work from home as well. Please get this fixed. I also want my account pro-rated for the three days I have lost. Thank you, V/r [EDITED: Personal Information.]

Hi there, @user_zsloce. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum and sorry to hear the service is not currently working. Have the guests at home tried any troubleshooting? To start, resetting the power for the modem may restore the connection. If that does not work we would need to know what lights are lit on the modem to determine what may be going on.
