Xfinity always charge customers with no issue, you don't have any issue charging CC. 

But to provide ETA when internet is back is hard?

I don’t see any direct message. Please provide eta for Kirkland, WA Totem Lake. Second day no internet. Some Network damage with no ETA. Chat is stupid and does not want me to connect with human agent. Xfinity has real problem with service, prices and support! If anyone asks, I would not recommend it and ask to search for another provider!
