No Internet, No TV

Our fiber optics transition has occurred and the cable was buried yesterday and today we have no Internet and no TV. We have family coming for Thanksgiving and we always watch the parade and football games. As of right now we have a Nov 28th date for someone to come out to the house to fix the issue.  As of right now unless this can be resolved ASAP we plan to terminate our Internet service in our other house.  Unsat!

user_atio17  Thank you for reaching out, and please accept my sincerest apologies for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the loss of your Internet and TV service. Losing connectivity right after the cable burial, and especially just before Thanksgiving when you have family coming and traditions like watching the parade and football, is completely unacceptable. We understand how critical it is to have your services working during the holidays. The November 28th appointment maybe the soonest option we have but I would be happy to take a 2nd look for you.  We certainly do not want you to consider cancelling your service at your other house, and my top priority is getting your current home back online.

To get started, please send our team a Direct Message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account.

To send a "Direct Message":

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon at the top of the page (it looks like a text bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

Once I have that, I will check the details of the transition and work order immediately to find the soonest possible time to restore your service.
