No internet since July fourth

It started around 8, the Internet just went off. I restarted the modem, I made to check if there were any outages. Nothing. What is this? Xfinity goes down too much for an internet provider. Still off as of July 5th, using my phone data.

@user_dmbpdz Thank you for bringing your internet issue to our attentions via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution so you no longer have to use your phone data. How did you restart your modem? Did you use the Xfinity app to restart the device or was that a power cycle?
