No internet

my internet has been on and off (mostly off) since the night before last. ive tried restarting it and still nothing, its paid so thats not it either. ive checked for outages but there are none in my area. itll cut on for 2 minutes then be off for the next few hours.

Hello @user_7x0k1r, thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having ongoing connection issues. The coax from the wall is going through a splitter, then to the modem, or directly to the modem? When you lose connection, does the light on the modem start flashing, or does it remain solid?

@XfinityMarshante​ it is going directly to the modem, and yes some of the lights flash or just dont light up at all.
