No NFL and Red Zone
What the heck are you going to do to resolve this issue of no NFL and Red Zone. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why didn’t you keep the channel active during negotiations? Ridiculous! And why is this company using Ai like crazy instead of real people in customer service ? This company used to be decent but now it is just pushing subscribers to go in a different direction. Not good at all!!

@user_o7r6fq Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.
Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.
