No one showed up for appointment

I had an appointment from 7:30-8:30AM this morning and almost 10 hours later no one has shown up. No text messages, phone calls, emails, nothing. The app says “there is a delay” and I’ll be notified of updates through my phone number but nothing. Even worse, I am primarily on night schedule so I had to adjust my schedule for the appointment and with the Xfinity app calling it a “delay” and not “canceled” I stayed awake all day for nothing. Now my schedule is messed up and I just have to hope and pray that eventually I’ll get the services installed that I’m most likely already paying for. I had great experiences until now but this is unbelievable.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_hndfok Hello! Thank you for reaching out, though I am incredibly sorry to hear about the way your day has unfolded. Staying awake for 10 hours past your appointment time—especially when you’ve adjusted a night-shift schedule to be available—is a massive sacrifice, and I sincerely apologize that we didn't show up or keep you properly informed. Your time is valuable, and it's clear we missed the mark today.

We want to make this right and get your services installed as quickly as possible without further disrupting your schedule. Please send us a Direct Message with your full name and service address. I will personally look into what caused this delay and see how we can prioritize your installation. We’re standing by to help.

To send a "Direct Message":
