No resolution for a lost number in Xfinity with transfer

After one month of reaching out for help from phone customer service agents (over 20) to going into the store many times. To emails, and all agents promising help. All with PROMISES T to have a resolution within maximum 72 hours. My cell number can be seen in system, can be recovered but NO PROMISES of resolution have been honored.  Hours and hours of valuable time and energy spent.  Loss of communication for over a month because no codes can be sent for verification reasons needed. Cannot access important legal files for this reason.   I don’t know what else to do. I have been contacted one time with a ticket number and promise to resolve the issue by 72 hours. I am disappointed, angry and feel helpless.  Please tell me who to next contact

You've come to a great place for help :) Our Digital Care Team is great to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve things as quickly as possible, even when that means escalating your concerns to another, corporate office. To clarify, did you lose your mobile number while attempting to port it from another carrier to Xfinity Mobile?
