No response on cable issue
Unable to get clear answers on cable only allowing me to view one channel. Advised I need technician at my cost to fix issue, scheduled for 5 days out with no consideration of reimbursement with no cable. Frustrated .

@user_fetqmv Thank you for making us aware that you're only able to view one channel via Forums. I would be more than happy to help figure out a solution to this problem you're experiencing. So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own?
