NO SHOW for appt

I am so frustrated—I've been without internet since yesterday. I made an appointment for today and received a confirmation number, but they didn't show up. Now they're saying they'll come later today, but I just received an email with an appointment scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. I contacted management, and they said, "We cannot do anything."

user_rjdoat I can understand how this can be a negative experience when an appointment gets rescheduled. Since it's late, no technician would be coming out now. I would keep tomorrow's appointment if that still works for you.
