No Technical Support Available

Cancelling my Now Mobile line after over 15 hours on the support chat trying to get the Mexico/Canada pass that is added to the line to work. Every time I use it I get the same script, they do the same checks, they tell me hey the line is added, I say yes but it's not working, they take about an hour to "work" on the technical fix, they tell me guess what it will take a while but in 2-3 hours it will be working and I'll get an email. Neither ever happens. Went in-store twice to try to get it fixed (on my other line someone was nice and called the support line and they worked it out together) but they won't do anything but put in a ticket, give me the number, and say support will call me, but they didn't either time. And so the last option is just cancelling both lines and going to a company that includes calling to Canada without issues. It's disappointing though. I even filled out a post-chat response survey and got an email back from Arvijay O, who said to email him back, but I responded twice and it's been over two weeks and no response. So avoid Now Mobile at all costs if you want to make calls out of the U.S!
