No Technician, No Phone Call, Nothing Promise
Contacted support about certain TV channels very scrambled. No improvement when signals sent remotely, so then they sent a technician to check. According to Xfinity technician, our issue is with our outdoor cable box. He said that he put in a work order (couldn't do it himself.) We heard nothing. I contacted Xfinity support 4 days later, and I was told someone would be there between 5:00 and 7:00 PM. I was given no reference number. No one showed up. Called the next day, I and was told we would receive a call for scheduling within 24 hours. Was given the reference number of [Edited: Personal Information]. Made sure support had 2 phone numbers and our email on file. That was 3 days ago. No contact has been made. We have cameras to verify that no one has worked on the cable box. Still not receiving channels.
