No tracking info X1 box
I called Xfinity after addition of Choice TV to my account. There seems to be no tracking information sent. I called Xfinity back and was told it would take a few days, the customer service representative said she didn't have access to a tracking number. I'm wondering when this box will arrive so that I can activate my new TV service

• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
