No TV service

TV is not working.  I disconnected modem, waited 30 seconds, reconnected, and that did not work.  I would like a service technician to come out.

@XfinityJeniece Hi Jeniece, The code displaying on the TV says, "No Signal".  I am going to check tomorrow to see if the cable outside got cut when the lawn  was mowed and will reach back to you to let you know what I discover.  Thank you!

"No Signal" is generated by the TV set, not the cable box. Either the TV's input is not set to the Input the cable box is connected to, or the box is not operating due to no power or because it has failed. If the box was still operating and connected to the correct input on the TV it would display something, even if it was no longer receiving a signal from Comcast/Xfinity. It would not report "No Signal". Check the TV input settings and the box power.

@XfinityJeniece Hi Jeniece, It doesn't seem like it is the cable line and all our laptops are still connected to our service.  Don't know what to make of that.  I would appreciate it if you could send someone out to troubleshoot and get to the bottom of the problem.  Thank you!
