Not a good start to doing business.

Had a technician come out. Told me I had to move stuff so he could install cable. No biggie. He went out to is truck. After a few minutes, I waved to let him knowI was ready. He waved back, so I went into wait. 20 minutes later, I went out to see what was taking him so long and he was gone. No phone call, text, or explanation. Just gone. That is completely unacceptable.  

Then, some mystery person while I was talking with customer service, scheduled an appointment without even asking ifI was available. Ridiculous.

Wow! I'm sorry to hear about your experience @user_zx4xnr with your technician visit. I'm sure if I was waiting for a technician to come inside that never came I'd feel the same way.
