Not able to speak to customer support
Xfinity internet suspiciously went out during the exact time I had previously scheduled a service appointment (but ended up canceling it) and now the chatbot in the app, any of the xfinity phone numbers, or even just trying to reinstall my equipment myself in an attempt to troubleshoot won’t work. Xfinity has completely cut me off because I reported and outage and won’t let me speak with anyone to try and troubleshoot it.

We do not suspend service when customers report issues. If our technicians see multiple appointments scheduled for the same reason in the same area, they repair the root cause at the node level before visiting each individual home.
