Not getting adequate support

I have an open ticket for someone to come work on the outside wiring,  but there's nothing on my account indicating this, no updates for 2 weeks and scheduled dates to address the issue have been missed. I received an email on July 7 after they diagnosed the issue, indicating there are 4 steps and I would be notified "every step of the way". When I called, it took forever for the rep to figure out that I have this open ticket, and they said it was on hold, so they scheduled the service. I didn't receive any confirmation of this.  And no one came. I call again and go through the same thing and they reschedule,  but how do I know someone is getting the info?  So I just wait until the next appointment is missed and spend another 30 min on the phone explaining this whole thing just to reschedule with no explanation.  No one is looking into it to see why this has happened so it stops happening. And there's no one for me to call. Please help.

user_aiujr0. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this has caused. I can understand how concerning it would be to receive updates indicating that work was being scheduled, only to have appointments missed without any explanation or confirmation. We'd like to take a closer look into the status of the outside wiring ticket and determine why the scheduled visits were not completed. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.

Have been promised from Xfinity that they would come to dig + install a new cable/internet line because of old wore out cable that should have been replaced years ago when I had complained to them, but, they chose not 2. I have had the Xfinity techs at my house plenty of times and they usually fix the problem/s, but, this last tech was the best Xfinity has ever sent to my house + my hats off to him as he not only checked the outlets inside, laptop hookup, went down in the basement + went outside to the cable box at the end of my driveway + noticed the wire/cable needed replaced and mentioned it should have been done years ago, so he hooked up a temp line that is running across my driveway, he spray painted blue paint where they are suppose to dig and install new cable/internet line per email from Xfinity dated 16 June that stated they were suppose to be here on 16/17 July, it was No Show, No Email + No Text on why they wouldn't or couldn't show up, so I had wasted a whole day of sitting + waiting on them so I had called Xfinity again 2 days later and after talking with customer service they decided that they could come back on 22 July + I said ok, so on 22 July it came and went and it was another No Show, No Phone Call, No Email + or No Text so again I had wasted yet another day for them to dig a hole + they can't use the rain for an excuse because the 22 July there was no rain from 7 30 am - 400 pm, but it did rain later on that day, but that was plenty of time to do their job. But, Xfinity showed No Compassion + to me was just plain ignorant, being a company that brags, the service is [Edited: "Language"] Poor.  So I have a temp orange cable running across my driveway in which who knows how long that will last because I have to drive over it going in and our of my garage.  Maybe I won't pay my bill this time and maybe next time, I bet I will get there attention for sure, but, they leave me no other options, because I am sick + tired of calling in + talking 2 a bot or getting transferred to customer service rep + they say their sorry + apologize for any inconvenience and that's all well + dandy but that does nothing as far as working to fix a problem + they seem to promise you the world since you have been with us a long time ([Edited: "Language"] yes over 23 years) and yes I'm retired military during most of that time. All I want is for a hole to be dug + internet/cable installed. I may decide to do it myself and or get a contractor to do it + and when I get the bill from them I will deduct the cost from my Xfinity bill.
