Not getting emails from Roblox 2 step verification

Hi
Im not getting any emails from accounts@roblox.com, their system for 2 step verification and password resets. I literally cannot access my account and it is worth thousands of dollars. Help.

Hi user_5sjrao thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. Are you experiencing issues receiving text verifications? We can send a test verification to your email as well to help isolate the issue. 

 

To do so please send us a direct message with your full name and service address. 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

It ends just being horribly delayed by hours. I just started using phone verification for roblox 2 step and gave up.

user_5sjrao did you notice the delays in emails occurring with sending or receiving emails to any other addresses?
