Not Receiving Email Subscriptions (ie. Macy's, Bath & Body Works, Etc.) on Xfinity email

I have not received emails that I have subscribed to that were supposed to go to my Xfinity email.

I have already checked the companies I've subscribed to and they all show that I have email notifications enabled and they are all supposed to go to my Xfinity email but I haven't received any of them in over two weeks, although I know they've sent things because my family have gotten emails from them (although they are not Xfinity users). I tried to unsubscribe and resubscribe, received a "welcome" email from them three days ago, but nothing since then.

For troubleshooting:

- I've checked spam and there are no emails there

- I have no filters enabled

- I have no blocked senders and none show up on settings

- I am only accessing my Xfinity email through the internet portal and the Xfinity app

- I am not using any third-party to access my Xfinity emails

- I not using POP settings on any of my devices (Laptop, iPad, iPhone)

- Auto-forwarding is not turned on

- Email safe list is not turned on

- I've checked and double checked the email addresses on all my subscriptions, they're correct

Overall, I am able to send and receive emails (ie. family/friends), but have not received emails for what stores I've subscribed to. The issue is showing up both on the internet portal and the Xfinity app on all of my devices. I have no idea what to do, please help.

I am sorry to hear you are not receiving certain email subscriptions @vmgep1943

Have you reported this issue to our Customer Security Assurance team at

No, I haven't reported the issue to the security assurance team. I can try that, if that would be the best recommendation to find a solution. Are we assuming that the issue could be a security problem instead of a software issue? Due to a compromised email?

@vmgep1943  It would be irresponsible of me to assume the root cause of your issue. Postmaster issues are just one facet of what our Customer Security Assurance team is equipped to assist with. I would recommend you report the issue to them, as they are the team best equipped to assist.
