Not receiving verification codes
My Comcast email will not receive verification codes from a certain app - it is very frustrating because I cannot access important account info. There is no backup option either. I checked junk/spam folders, trash, tried logging in on different web browsers and the emails with codes were never received. I even signed up for a new account on the app using a Gmail to see if there was a problem with the app or my Comcast email but the codes sent in seconds for the Gmail account. I really need help troubleshooting this to access my account.

I am having the same exact issue for 2 years now. Some verification codes from some companies/domains come through and some don’t. I can think of 3 that don’t and they are my mortgage company, Home Depot and State Farm. Verification codes from those 3 specific companies never come through and it’s very frustrating. There are more that don’t but those are the 3 biggest for me which sucks because I can’t login to change any of my information on my account and I can’t even verify my State Farm account to finish setting up my new account. Going to have to call them and change my email to my gmail eventually. Get this fixed xfinity because it’s extremely irritating

I received my email verification code from KASA or TAPO after code expired. I'm having issue enabling 2FA on the app.
