Now 20 days no service .....
Beyond a few hours here and there 20 days no service. I've been beyond kind and patient. Ive been given roughly $120 in credit for almost a month no service when my bill is over $400. The math ain't mathing. I get told I can't get outage credit till the outage is fixed. But the outage restoration has been changed almost every day. And yet my bill is due the same time and I have to make a payment arrangement for the 9th before the month is over. This isn't just a regular issue I get but that also means all charges,bills and past due should be waived until it's on for good beyond the occasional normal outages. I mean they obviously have wifi somewhere because they have agents. And are able to update if they need to and have a virtual assistant. I get it's wild now. But literally no other companies ,power ,tv or any other Internet is still out to this degree. You're literally causing me to lose money. I can't work without it. So not just cable money. Money for my family,food, pet food,bills etc. I'm so infuriated and I've tried to be patient and I'm beyond that point. I'm tired of getting the run around like I'm dumb.
