NOW internet Activation
Live agents literally will not help me activate my now internet. Have been using my data that I HAVE NONE of while they keep BSing me. Why can’t I activate it on my own since they don’t want to help me!!!! Was hard enough getting ahold of someone to order in first place because once again live agents did not want to help me. The only way I was finally helped with purchasing the NOW internet was by going from a new browser and saying I was a new customer interested in post paid and then I was connected to a helpful lady who ordered it instantly.
