NOW MOBILE ACCOUNT NUMBER AND PORT PIN

I have been trying to contact support to cancel my mobile service, but unfortunately, I have not been successful.

I have also been working on porting my number to another carrier. I spent more than an hour on a support call, only for the call to get disconnected without any resolution.

I also tried logging into the NOW portal, but I do not see any information about my mobile number, plan, or package. The portal simply shows that my service is Paused, which prevents me from accessing the information I need.

Over the past couple of months, I have contacted customer support at least 15–20 times through both phone and chat, yet the issue remains unresolved. Meanwhile, my account continues to be charged.

At this point, I urgently need your assistance. Please provide the following information so I can complete the port-out process:

  • Account Number
  • Port-Out PIN
  • ZIP Code associated with my account

I would appreciate your prompt response, as I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this issue through your support channels without success.

Good evening bg110222. When it comes to NOW service, we do not have the ability to modify or make changes to NOW service. Here is some information on how to cancel service.

Cancel NOW post-activation

If you cancel NOW Internet or Mobile services post-activation, they’ll stop immediately and you won’t receive any refund for the rest of the billing period. This includes the NOW Mobile line setup fee. You also won’t be able to restart services without creating a new account and getting new equipment.

If you want to stop paying for NOW services, the Turn off autopay feature is recommended. You can continue to get services until the end of the billing cycle, and easily restart services.

To cancel:

  1. Select Pause or cancel service at the bottom of the Plan page for the service you want to cancel.
  2. Select Cancel.
  3. Confirm you want to cancel. Select Continue.
  4. Select a reason(s) for canceling. Then, select Cancel service.
  5. You’ll be reminded that you can turn off autopay instead of canceling.
    • If you still want to cancel immediately, select Continue to cancel.
    • If not, turn off autopay to keep services until the end of the billing cycle.
  6. Your service has been canceled. To return to your account, select Back to account.

Please let me know if this helps.

Team,

As I mentioned in my previous post, I do not see any of the options related to Plan, Pause, Cancel Service, or Turn Off AutoPay in my account. Therefore, the steps you provided are not helpful because those options are simply not available to me.

At this point, I am not looking for troubleshooting steps. I only need the information below so I can proceed with porting my number:

  • Account Number
  • Port-Out PIN
  • ZIP Code associated with my account

Please let me know how I can obtain this information as soon as possible.

Hi @bg110222,

We can create a ticket requesting the assistance of the NOW support team. We'll need to gather some additional information via our secure direct message channel to get started. Please send our team a direct message with your full name and service address.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

1.  Click "Sign In" if necessary.
