Now pass doesn’t work

Not only does this ghetto company not offer any support for the now pass that seems to never work, but when you follow the links these “Xfinity assistants” provide it takes you to an infuriating AI chat that also doesn’t help. I’m so over it, at this point I will pay double at their competitor just because and tell everyone to go literally anywhere else.

@XfinityJeff​ it says there’s no internet when I try to connect on my phone (unable to join Xfinity), so I tried on my laptop and it works there. I tried to buy a new pass and just deal with the loss but then it says a pass already exists under my email name.

@user_0ysns1 Thank you for the information on the issue with the NOW pass. With the NOW pass they do have a dedicated support for NOW, which you can find a link for here. When you have reached out to that support team, they were not able to assist?
